Alex works with her clients to reach their optimum wellbeing giving them an all encompassing experience... through a combination of nutritional and holistic therapies alongside yoga and meditation practises Alex offers a whole body:mind:soul approach to health and healing from a background with personal experience in all areas of the process.
Combining a wide range of natural therapies and meditation with healthy life choices the brand will support a wide range of clients who are seeking to improve their overarching mind:body:soul experience.
The brand will primarily provide a consultancy offer with online support working with individuals to create a new lifestyle approach that will regain control of your mind:body:soul. It will specialise in digestive health, female health and hormones & managing stress, improving energy and mood conditions. There is also a sub-brand specialising in supporting those who have experienced complications following mesh surgery.
The brand identity was created to allow for growth and development over its first 5 years to accommodate clinics, workshops and eventually holistic retreats, through the use of sub-brands, brand assets and layers within the brand creation.
